Gift certificates come in values of $500, $1,000 or a custom amount of your choice. The following terms apply to each gift certificate:
The gift certificate will be provided in email format only.
Each certificate will include a unique code that the recipient must provide to me at the time of booking.
The certificate may be used until the card's balance reaches zero, and in combination with other payment methods.
The gift certificate expires one year after it is emailed to the recipient.
To purchase a gift certificate, please contact me and provide the following information:
Name and Email of Purchaser
Name and Email of Recipient
Value of Gift Certificate
I will then send you an invoice for the gift certificate amount, which can be paid by credit card or Venmo. Once payment has been received, I will email the recipient a unique code, and will CC you on the email. If you would like me to send the email on a specific date or you would like me to email the code to you rather than to the recipient, please specify this in your email to me.
